By engaging with Riyo Advertising's services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
All services provided by Riyo Advertising are governed by specific service agreements or proposals, which will detail the scope of work, deliverables, timelines, and payment terms. These documents will be mutually agreed upon in writing.
Clients agree to provide timely feedback, necessary information, and access to resources required for Riyo Advertising to effectively deliver services. Delays caused by lack of client cooperation may impact project timelines and costs.
Upon full payment for services rendered, ownership of the final deliverables (e.g., ad creatives, campaign strategies) will be transferred to the client, as specified in the service agreement. Riyo Advertising retains the right to showcase completed work for portfolio and promotional purposes.
Payment schedules and methods will be outlined in the service agreement. Invoices are due as per the agreed terms. Late payments may incur charges as per the agreement.
Both Riyo Advertising and the client agree to maintain strict confidentiality of all proprietary and sensitive information exchanged during the course of the engagement.
Riyo Advertising's liability for any claims arising from services provided will be limited to the fees paid for those specific services. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
